“Cupcake Wednesday” can be enjoyed each Wednesday at Our Town Cafe located at 327B West Main St. Havelock, NC. 28532

Custom Orders

Because of popular demand, we request that all orders be placed at a minimum of one week prior to delivery and be made by email at order@thewildcupcake.com. For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated.

Minimum order for delivery or pick-up is a 1/2 dozen. We are able to accommodate a new flavor variety for every 1/2 dozen ordered.

Wedding consultations are by appointment only.

Delivery

The Wild Cupcake offers free delivery to the surrounding area of Craven County Monday through Thursday. A $10 deliver fee will be added to orders that require delivery on Fridays or Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

Pick-up

Special orders can be picked up on Saturdays at the Farmer’s Market downtown New Bern 8-10 am.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery or pickup.

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted at both locations and for special orders.

Q. How can I obtain cupcakes from The Wild Cupcake?

A. The Wild Cupcake is available most Saturdays at the New Bern Farmer’s Market located at 421 S Front St in historic downtown New Bern. Cupcakes are also available each Wednesday at Our Town Café located at 327B West Main St. in the Havelock shopping center. Cupcakes are always available via “custom order” by placing an order at order@thewildcupcake.com

Q. Does The Wild Cupcake offer sugar free and gluten free varieties?

A. No, The Wild Cupcake does not offer sugar free or gluten free varieties at this time.

Q. How do I receive the cupcakes that I’ve ordered?

A. The Wild Cupcake offers free delivery Monday through Thursday with a ½ dozen minimum order. There is a $10 delivery charge on Fridays and Saturdays. The Wild Cupcake is closed on Sundays.

Q. How many flavors can I choose for my order?

A. In regards to “custom orders”, flavors must be baked in ½ dozen increments for standard sized cupcakes. Teeny cupcakes must be ordered in 1 dozen increments.

Q. Does The Wild Cupcake create baked goods other than cupcakes?

A. Cakes are priced upon request and scheduling availabilities. The Wild Cupcake specializes in from scratch cupcakes and dabbles in the world of other baked goods. Depending on the request, The Wild Cupcake would love to provide other sweet confections such as, cookies, macaroons, muffins and whoopie pies.

Q. Who owns The Wild Cupcake?

A. Nicole Costa is the owner and founder of The Wild Cupcake. She has an amazing husband of 10 years and 2 beautiful children. She enjoys reading and spending time with her beautiful family and hopes to grow her business at a pace that she can sustain.

Q. How do I place an order with The Wild Cupcake?

Q. Do you offer mini cupcakes?

A. The Wild Cupcake offers “teeny” cupcakes. They must be ordered in 1 dozen increments and are $10.80 per dozen. They are available in all flavor selections.

Q. Do you do wedding cakes?

A. The Wild Cupcake specializes in flavor varieties and combinations. At this time we do not offer wedding cakes, however, we will gladly provide wedding cupcakes as well as a 6” “cutie cake” for the bride and groom to cut.

Q. Do you ship your cupcakes?

A. At this time The Wild Cupcake does not ship their baked goods.

Q. Is The Wild Cupcake able to cater my event?

A. The Wild Cupcake is perfect for many occasions such as, bridal and baby showers, weddings, holiday parties, anniversaries, corporate events and get togethers alike. The Wild Cupcake will deliver and set up per order specifications.

Q. Do you offer discounts on large orders?

A. You always get a price break when you order cupcakes by the dozen. Cupcakes are $2.50 each or $27.00 per dozen, regardless of the size of the order.

Q. Are there employment opportunities at The Wild Cupcake?

A. Salted Caramel, it’s our number one best seller.

Q. Do you offer fondant work?

A. No, not at this point. The Wild Cupcake specializes in flavor combinations and is unable to accommodate such requests at this time.
